What does REACH cost

Importers and producers will have to pay a fee to the ECHA (European Agency for Chemical substances in Helsinki) for each product registered and will have to pay for the data (out of research)
The European Union expects that as a result of implementing REACH the cost for issues such as health care will reduce in the future.
