REACH, what does it mean

REACH is the European law on chemical substances. REACH is the abbreviation for REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, AUTHORISATION, CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES.
Basically REACH shifted responsibility to proof safe use to the chemical industry.
